The board of directors has five members who elect one of them to be the President. The powers of all the members from the board are similar and composed by:

Responsible in the area of Training and Development
Mrs. Mouna Kebir Tio, Psychologist and Anthropologist
Responsible in the area of Voluntary and Projects
Dr. Marlenis Cala Cala, Agronomist and Expert in the Plant Heath
Responsible in the area of Investigation and Studies
